When you list your property on Owners-Direct.com, it will be referenced in major search engines throughout the web and on several other, related websites.
You can advertise property for rent or for sale. In any country. To advertise your property on www.owners-direct.com, please create an account first. It is free to create an account. Once you have created an account, you will receive a confirmation email, so please ensure you enter a valid email address. You can then log in to your account and start entering the details of your advertisement.

Creating your advertisement
Creating your advertisement is very simple. Once you have registered with us, you will be able to choose whether you want a Rental advertisement or a Sales advertisement and whether you want a basic advert of a detailed advert.
A basic advertisement includes basic details about your property, a description and the facility for prospective renters/buyers to get in touch with you via email directly from our site (we will not publish your email for your security) and the possibility to upload 2 photos.
A detailed advertisement includes all the information of a basic advert, but also the opportunity to give more detailed information and if you are renting a property the provision of an availability calendar which you can update as you get bookings to show your customers when you are booked or unavailable and the possibility to upload 4 photos.
After this it is just a process of entering your details and uploading your photos. If you feel this is too difficult for you, we also provide a service whereby you can email us your information and photos and we will enter it into our system. This service costs an additional 100 Euros per advertisement. You will also be able to choose the currency your advert displays from a choice of Euros , £ , and $
Pricing
Only 29 Euros for a calendar year for a Basic advert and 49 Euros for a Detailed advert.
Payment
You will be asked to pay by credit card via Paypal when you have entered the details of your advertisement and photos. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay via credit card, without having to disclose the card details to us. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer there is a processing of 12 Euros. Please send us an email and we will provide you with the details.
